Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase once it has been delivered to you but it is not faulty or damaged, you may return the unused goods in original condition in exchange for an alternative product or be issued a redeemable credit note.. It must be unworn and unused and in its original packaging. It is always best to send goods by recorded or special delivery and retain the proof of postage. Any items which are returned will be at your own expense and Teresa Green can not be liable for any goods that do not reach us. You are responsible for the safe keeping of the goods and taking reasonable care of them until their return. We do not accept liability for returned goods that have been damaged or lost during transit back to us. Please ensure therefore that you wrap and package the products thoroughly to avoid any breakages.
Postage and packaging fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If the product is damaged upon arrival or faulty, please notify us with proof of damage, we will exchange your purchase if eligible.
Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase.

Personalised Items
Any items that are bespoke and made to your specifications, custom size or colour/design variations are non refundable. As these pieces are outside of our standard parameters and made by request. Sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
